Lizzy’s passion for helping others started at a young age. Wanting to do something kind for her father after he put in a 12 to 14 hour work day. Lizzy would try to calm the swelling that developed in his legs with massage. Not really understanding how it worked, just knowing that it brought relief to him. After seeing first hand what it did for her father she knew just how important massage was.

A career in massage therapy was always in the back of her mind. After leaving California at 18 to follow her heart. She married her husband and followed him through his military career. The couple have two beautiful daughters and Lizzy was fortunate to be a stay at home mom with intentions of going to massage school once the kids were older. They moved to Lawrence the summer of 2013. Lizzy applied and was accepted to Wellspring School of Allied Health where she received her Massage Therapy Certification after completing 912 hours in training.

With a recent move back to her home state, Lizzy is excited to bring her skills and experience to Southern California.
